Thrive Causemetics Brilliant Eye Brighteners are not new to me - I’ve had a couple of their shades in my collection for quite some time and I really enjoy the formula. The ingredients I highlighted above play a factor in why I enjoy the cream to powder formula but I also love how they look on my eyes. They’re so easy and convenient to use and these cream eyeshadows give a beautiful shimmer whether I want it on my whole lid or only the inner corners.
