Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow Palettes: Tartelette 1, Tarte In Bloom, Toasted, and Juicy – Which Color Story is your
Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow Palettes are some of my all time favorite eyeshadows out there for a multitude of reasons.
Their formula is incredible, the packaging is sleek and compact, the shade ranges of each are work beautifully against a variety of skin tones – including my medium skin with olive/warm tones, and I feel comfortable travelling with them without having to worry about packing other shadows or palettes to serve as a companion to them.
I’ve used all four Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow palettes and want to share a look of each of them in this post.
And can say I enjoy all four for different reasons. Below are swatches of each the Tarte Tartelette, Tartelette in Bloom, Tartelette Toasted, and Tartelette Juicy. Which one(s) do I prefer the most?
I lean towards the most Tartelette in Bloomย the most but Tartelette Juicy is definitely making its way up there with the rosy color palette!
If you’re looking for a quality and in my opinion, one of the BEST eyeshadow palettes to add to your collection or if you’re a beginner to make up. One (or all – you can’t have too much makeup!) of these will be perfect splurge on!
A fair note of what I’ve observed over the last few years: These Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow Palettes seem to go on sale at least one a year, if not more.
I’ve seen them priced at $19.50 each during sales at Ulta and Sephora! So it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out during the holidays or Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty sales.
This eyeshadow palette is ALL matte, so if you’re a no shimmer type of gal and love neutrals – this may be the perfect one for you.
It contains 12 stunning, diverse shades perfect for every day neutral looks plus deeper shades to create a stunning smokey eye!
I used to be an all matte kind of gal back in the day and this Tarte Clay Eyeshadow Palette was my JAM. I still use it quite often to this day but not as much ass the Tartelette in Bloom since I love the shimmers in there. You can purchase this
Tartelette in Bloom Review
If you’re a fan of palettes with a mix of finishes that are still neutral, then is the palette is for you! The eyeshadow palette has 9 matte shades and 3 lustres.
The possibilities are endless when it comes to this palette! You can create a variety of matte eyeshadow looks or top on one of the shimmers to give your look that extra oomph!
The three shimmer shades in this palette are what sold me – they felt so soft to the touch and are incredibly wearable for both day looks and night if you want to build them up.
You can purchase the
The Tartelette with the warmest color palette!
This eyeshadow palette is full of rich, terracotta, tan, bronze, and beige goodness! Tartelette Toasted has 7 mattes and 5 shimmers and will satisfy everyone who is into warm shades!
After buying several other warm palettes this year, I wasn’t sure if I needed to add another one in my collection. However, after playing with it in store, I knew I had to have it. The formula is spot on and the pigment and blends just as great as the other Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow Palettes!
I love that I’m able to create soft warm looks with this as well as incredibly intense, smoldering looks as well! You can purchase the
Tartelette Juicy Eyeshadow Palette
The latest addition in the Tartelette family is ! This 12 pan eyeshadow palette features a rosy color palette with gorgeous bronzes and neutrals. I have a full look of this eyeshadow palette here!
I was so happy to see a Tartelette with more pink and rosy shades and like the other Tartelette eyeshadow palettes, the shades in are coordinated so all the shades in each row can be used to create a stunning eye look.
Tarte Tartelette Eyeshadow Palettes Verdict
I can’t tell you which ones to buy because that’s 100% up to you and your needs when it comes to makeup. Do you prefer an all matte neutral eyeshadow palette? A neutral palette with some shimmers? A palette with all warm tones? Or a palette with a focus on rosy shades with some neutrals and bronzes?
What I can tell you is that all four of these eyeshadow palettes are incredible – from the packaging to the shade range to the formula. If you’re not into shimmers at all and like every day neutrals that can be used for smokey eyes as well, I recommend the original . If you do like a mix of finishes where you’re able to create a multitude of stunning neutral looks, theis where it’s at!ย If you’re someone who loves warm tones over the neutrals you see in the first two palettes, I recommend theย ! It is so rich and full of goodness! And if you love creating rosy looks, is where it’s at.
Do you like both the and inbut are unsure of whether you’ll use both enough? I was worried about this as well but the I found the shade range to be diverse enough to the point I used both of these palettes interchangeably. I’ve been able to create so many different looks using both of these palettes, I’ve never felt like I neglected one over the other like I’ve done with other eyeshadow palette lines. Now, if your budget allows you to get all four, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed having them all in your collection!
Which Tarte Cosmetics Tartelette fits your needs the most? Or are you like me who needs all four?
I have the original and In Bloom, which I’ve never used yet. :-0 It’s the one that appeals to me the most so I need to break it out and give it a go. Your swatches are great!
Your swatches are amazing. They really help to see what you’re getting with these. I don’t own any of these three since I have so many of their palettes from TSVs that I didn’t feel the need to add to any but if I did it would be Tartlette in Bloom.

The Tartelette Toasted is definitely the one for me. I love it! I also love how easy it is to use. There is a bit of kick up but not much fallout.
