Like I mentioned above, this month's theme is Jetsetter and with some slight variations, everyone's box includes essentials that are an absolute must before take off! Here is what I received in my May Box.
An olive oil–based facial cleanser that dissolves makeup thoroughly with zero residue. Its nutritive formula effortlessly breaks down stubborn, waterproof mascara and eyeliner and emulsifies into a cleansing milk when you rinse. Great for removing excess oil and sunscreen, it's a daily must-have even if you don't wear makeup. Your skin will feel soothed, refreshed, and balanced. One try is all you need to see why millions of women swear by it.
DHC is a brand I haven't tried before and I've been on the hunt for a new cleansing oil, mainly for removing mascara and eyeliner. I love that they included a mini size of it - perfect for travel, especially when you're not checking any bags in a flight!
Lavender and avocado oil are combined with plant extracts and oils to bring intense moisture and vitality to dry hair. Hair is left shiny, soft and luxurious. Wonderful, light lavender scent.
John Masters is another brand I haven't tried and I LOVE incorporating lavender and avocados into products - I LOVE avocado masks for my face when my skin is extremely dry. This duo is going with me to Florida this Summer!
Introducing our new cream Shade Stix that will give you that perfect, subtle sun-kissed glow. The formula is highly pigmented, buildable, and weightless to make it easy to accomplish that perfectly blended look that will stay all day.
This is currently old out on their website. I'm curious to see if this works as a cream contour and how the formula is.
The first fragrance by Proenza Schouler. Discover this radiant eau de parfum, blooming with a white cactus flower accord and a unique mineral signature. Arizona is a feeling of adventure. A place of beauty and mystery. Inspired by the ravines and ridges that define the horizon of the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, the bottle is a piece of art in itself. The final shape, like a drop encapsulated into faceted angles of rocks, is a unique glass innovation allowing a disruptive asymmetry.
Olfactory notes: Orris, White Cactus Flower, Jasmine, Orange Flower, Solar Accord, Musk, Cashmeran
This fragrance smells divine, I love anything with musk and jasmine so this is definitely up my alley!
I am crazy excited for everything in May's GLOSSYBOX. I do have a couple trips planned for this Summer so everything here will be put into great use. What I really enjoy about GLOSSYBOX is that they more than often curate their boxes with brands and products that are new to me which I prefer. Are you subscribed to GLOSSYBOX? If not, you can check them out here!
