Dermalogica is a brand trusted by skin care professionals worldwide. I actually first came across Dermalogica skin care products through my aunt who is an esthetician. My journey with Dermalogica began with my aunt giving me a facial using Dermalogica skin care products and the rest is history.
It’s been nearly a decade since my first encounter with Dermalogica and since then, I’ve explored much of their line. Today, I’m sharing my thoughts and experience of their new Hydro Masque Exfoliant.

Dermalogica Hydro Masque Exfoliant
This is a recent release from Dermalogica and is priced at $60. Dermalogica Hydro Masque Exfoliant is a five minute masque that claims to smooth and renew skin for a luminous finish. The formula of Hydro Masque Exfoliate includes bamboo that exfoliates and primes skin for hydration and snow mushroom to provide hydration, antioxidants, and Vitamin D. The formula also includes jojoba ester and amino acids from sugar beets to help hydrate and strengthen skin’s moisture barrier alongside cucumber extract for a more soothing and refreshing finish. Ultimately, the goal of Dermalogica Hydro Masque Exfoliant is to exfoliate and hydrate in one step to deliver luminous, healthy looking skin.

How to use Dermalogica Hydro Masque Exfoliant
Massage a generous amount in circular motions to the face and neck after cleansing. Continue to massage the masque into skin until the spheres disappear. Let the mask activate for 3-5 minutes and then rinse it off. Hydro Masque Exfoliant can be used 1-2 times a week.
My Experience with Dermalogica’s Hydro Masque Exfoliant
I’ve been using Hydro Masque Exfoliant once weekly for several weeks now and noticed an improvement with my skin’s smoothness. I also noticed how many of my dry patches have disappeared through the hydration of this masque. I thoroughly enjoy how gentle this masque is without skipping on the effectiveness.
