Bdellium Tools Brushes Review

Hello beauties!

The semester is over so I finally got a chance to sit down write up my review on these brushes Bdellium Tools sent me a few weeks ago! The brushes I received are from their Pink Bambu Collection, you can check them out here!

Here's a little information on them from their website:

I was really excited to try these because they're professional, vegan, synthetic, and cruelty free! I've been using these consistently for almost 3-4 weeks now so I can definitely give you an idea of which ones I liked and felt meh about.

Let's start from top to bottom!

Pink Bambu 733 Lash - $8.00

I hardly ever brush my lashes so I used this for my brows. The only brush like this I've ever owned is from elf and this definitely more durable than that. I love using this each morning before putting on my ABH Brow Gel! Although this brush works really well, I don't see myself purchasing it in the future. I find the elf one works just as well and it is much more affordable. I would rather spend more money on other eye or face brushes.

Pink Bambu 540 Precision Liner - $8.00

Silly me used this as a lip brush and the actual lip brush as a liner brush in the beginning! I did end up using this to add pops of color onto my liner during special occasions and it worked well for that! This brush allows to create a precise line because it's super thin - it makes it so much easier to add a layer of glitter or color on my black liner compared to my Mac 263.

Pink Bambu 546 Square Lip - $8.00

Like I mentioned above, silly me used this to apply eyeliner even though it is meant to be used to apply lip color. I found that it works well for both methods! I really like the square shape to give me a sharp cupids bow and I also like this brush to apply shadow and liner on the lower lash line! Since it's thinner than some of my other brushes, it allows me to give a more natural finish.

Pink Bambu 776 Blending - $9.00

This was the one brush I was super excited to try but I think my expectations were so high that I was slightly disappointed in using it. I don't know why but my shadows don't blend as well as I would like compared to my other blending brushes. Sometimes it feels rough on my lids so I don't think I will be reaching for this as often as I hoped to. I've only used this with powder shadows but I'm curious to see how well they work with creams, I'll definitely update this soon!

Pink Bambu 778 Large Shadow - $10.00

This is probably the biggest shadow brush I own and I really love it! It's fat yet slim, so my shadow doesn't go super crazy when I use this. This may be my favorite brush out of the five I tried! It applies my shadow evenly all over the lid and I also use this to highlight sometimes as well!

All in all, I was really happy with these brushes! Although the blending brush didn't live up to my expectations, I still think it's a great brush for the price! All of these are really affordable for how great quality they are. I've been looking to add more quality brushes to my collection and these are definitely a great addition! If I were to recommend a couple out of these five, I would say to pick up the 778 large shadow and 546 square lip!
