I love Bare Minerals products - Bare Minerals is actually the first makeup brand I ever tried so I do have a soft spot for them in my heart. I’m more of a classic lipstick + liquid matte lips kind of gal but am always open to trying more glossy finishes, especially since I love the plump, glossy finish during Spring! This Mineralist Lip Gloss-Balm is supposed to provide a glossy finish with the hydrating promise a balm offers. The shade Sincerity is described as a rosewood shade. I’m wearing it in the photo below and enjoy the nourishing feel it leaves +the glossy finish. This product is vegan and cruelty free. 0.06 fl oz
I was super excited to see Milk Makeup’s Kush Mascara in my April Ipsy Glam Bag - it’s one of my favorite mascaras, here’s a rundown of some of my all time favorite mascaras. This mascara gives me intense volume and length each and every time. Also wearing the mascara in the photo, it gives an effortless, flawless look. I haven’t had this mascara in my kit for a few months since I’m using up other ones but this sample reminded me how much I enjoy it - def picking up a full size soon. Kush Mascara is cruelty free and vegan.1 fl oz.
Mistik is a brand that is new to me - this serum can be applied to either damp or dry hair. It’s plant based and serves as a heat protectant while also hydrating hair. 0.35 fl oz
My Skinny Mask is also a brand that is new to me. This turmeric and Vitamin C mask is vegan and cruelty free and according to their website, is meant to treat acne, refine pores, fade dark pigmentation, and provide a radiant glow. I grew up making my own turmeric face masks and am intrigued by this one. 0.7 fl oz.
Tatcha is cruelty free and The Water Cream is an oil free moisturizer that serves to provide hydration for poreless looking skin. It’s formulated with Japanese nutrients and is an anti-aging cream. I enjoy Tatcha and am excited to put this to use! I haven’t tried The Water Cream in a while so curious to see how I like it now. 0.34 fl oz.
Love the pattern of the actual bag - so fun and perfect for Spring! I like the mix of skincare, hair care, and makeup in this glam bag - there was a bit of everything. I also like how a lot of these products are formulated with clean ingredients - it's something I've been exploring more and making a transition towards. Like I mentioned above, Milk Makeup's Kush Mascara is a holy grail of mine so I was super thrilled to see it in my bag. Overall, I'm happy with all the products and see myself testing them all out. The total value of my Ipsy Glam Bag is $42!
