Anti Aging Skin Care – My Algenist Favorites for Youthful, Radiant Skin
Algenist quickly became one of my favorite skincare brands when I first started using their products about 8 years ago. I explored much of Algenist’s selection over the years and many of their products visibly made a difference to my skin. I’m sharing all the products I personally love and feel are worth the splurge!

Skincare is deeply personal and very different for everyone so do keep that in mind when reading my and anyone else’s experiences and recommendations. That said, I have combination skin – meaning parts of my skin are dry and other parts are oily. I also have some parts of my skin that are on the normal side.
I enjoy Algenist products because they truly make a positive difference for my skin. I initially came across them when searching for products with anti-aging benefits. I started using anti-aging products in my early 20s and am really grateful that I did.
What Makes Algenist Different from other Skin Care Brands?
Algenist is a skincare brand that focuses on ingredient innovation from biotechnology expertise that allows them to deliver safe, effective, and vegan formulas without causing harm to the natural environment. Some of Algenist’s ingredient innovations include their patented Alguronic Acid, whole collagen molecules from plants in their Active Vegan Collagen, and Vitamin C from spirulina.

I love this cleanser because it’s super gentle yet removes makeup and all impurities like a dream while also smoothing and replenishing skin with their patented Alguronic Acid and the Microalgae Oil.

Algenist Triple Algae Eye Renewal Balm is a newer launch and is a reformulated version of their OG Eye Renewal Balm – which I was a MAJOR fan of. The Triple Algae Eye Renewal Balm is currently the eye cream I use day and night and I love that it keeps my under eyes fresh, youthful, hydrated, and protects from aging. This Algenist product was a game changer for me and when I learned about the importance of collagen. Algenist’s Liquid Collagen keeps my skin so silky smooth and supple! It’s a vegan collagen serum that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and helps restore skin’s natural bounce. I shared more about Algenist GENIUS Liquid Collagen here! It’s pricey but 100% worth the splurge.

I’m extremely picky with peels because the wrong one can definitely do some damage on skin and I do have sensitive skin. However, this Algenist peel is formulated in such a way, it leaves my skin instantly smooth, renewed, and brighter. I’m such a fan! It’s a resurfacing and exfoliating peel that helps reduce the look of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. It also visibly smoothes texture and evens skin tone.
