4 Musts for a Healthy Wellness Routine
Iโm constantly tweaking my wellness routine to fit my lifestyle. Even with the changes I make, there are a few things I make sure to keep that help me stay on track to live the life of my dreams.

Having a wellness routine in place helps me in so many ways with myself as a whole and other relationships as well as helps with focus and productivity. Basically, if I take care of myself – Iโm confident I can put the best version of myself out there.
Below are a few things I constantly have in my wellness routine, whether itโs something I focus on doing daily, weekly, or whenever time allows.
Healthy Snacks

Meditate
Or simply take a few moments to breathe. I have trouble meditating sometimes so if itโs not possible for me to, I take a few minutes to focus on deep breathing. Meditation and deep breathing allows me to refocus my energies and realign myself. I sometimes will do this during work breaks or in the evenings.
Stay Hydrated
This isnโt the first time Iโm saying this and wonโt be the last. Staying hydrated does wonders for me. I personally try to drink a gallon of water a day but you do whatโs best for you.

Staying hydrated has so many benefits for our bodies. I donโt always reach my hydration goals and thatโs okay. I do my best with drinking enough water daily and always remind myself that lots of fruits and vegetables I eat have a good source of water to help with hydration as well.
Keep your to doโs organized
All of our lives are hectic and itโs helpful to rely on a calendar, planner, or list to stay organized and on track. Doing this helps me feel less frazzled and reassures me that I am on track to get all the things done.
I love doing a weekly braindump to get all the things that need to get done onto a piece of paper. It helps me organize my lists by priority level and helps me see how I can best schedule each task to be complete.
